What physiotherapists ask us
What about the GDPR?
Data is stored encrypted in the EU. You sign the data processing agreement digitally at sign-up.
What do my patients pay?
Nothing. The app is free for patients.
How do patients get into the app?
They download the app and scan or type the patient code. Then they choose a PIN.
Do I need a payment method up front?
No. Your 30-day trial starts when you register your practice. You only pay if you continue after that.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, on the App Store and Google Play. One app for physiotherapist and patient.
Does it work on a computer?
Yes, physiotherapists and practice administrators work in the browser. Click Log in at the top right. Patients use the app.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes, no notice period. The yearly plan runs until its subscription year ends.
